Brian McMullen: Brian has 20 years of experience improving operations, implementing, information systems and defining internal controls. He led the Deloitte & Touche's Pacific Northwest consulting practice for High Tech and manufacturing industries.  He has served clients in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors, including software, telecommunications, professional services, distribution, manufacturing and financial services and recently led a large Fortune 50 Software company's Sarbanes Oxley efforts.

 

Peter LaFleur: Peter has 18 years of experience providing consulting services to middle market and Fortune 500 companies.  In 2001, he founded the Consilium Group, a Seattle based strategy and performance improvement consulting firm which focuses primarily on healthcare and technology organization.   Prior to 2001, Peter spent 12 years with Deloitte & Touche were he led the Pacific Northwest management consulting practice for the services industries.

Evelyn Arteaga:  Evelyn has worked in the software industry supporting implementation projects in South America and provides consulting support to Microsoft's LATAM Global Security Team based out of AHQ in Fort Lauderdale; Evelyn holds a BBA in International Business, and most recent an MBA in Organizational Psychology and Corporate Intel. 

 

Shayne Bates: Shayne is an internationally recognized security professional with a rare combination of experience in the information, physical and homeland security disciplines. With security practitioner expertise, Shayne also has extensive experience in security product sales and operations. In 2010 Shayne led the development of the ASIS International Whitepaper entitled “Cloud Computing & Software-as-a-Service for Security Professionals.”  

 

Garrett Baserman: Garrett is an experienced consultant with an outstanding track record of delivering business value to his clients. He has spent the past 16 years defining and delivering business technology initiatives that require cross-functional coordination throughout the entire systems development lifecycle.  Garrett has focused primarily on inter-enterprise business integration initiatives and has served in a lead or manager capacity on most of his projects.  He is an effective project leader with strong communication and team coordination skills.  Prior to LMC, Garret co-founded a software company to extend E-Business capability to small and mid-size trading partners, he was the Director of Project Development for a venture capital firm and was a Sr. Manager at KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint). 

 

Chris Bennett:  Chris has 12 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and project/systems management.  Chris has overseen various products and projects internal to corporate financial operations.  From financial reporting solutions to transaction systems interfacing with various ERP platforms, Chris has extensive experience in working with customers to define, interpret and deliver business and technical requirements.  Prior to consulting with LMC, Chris worked at Microsoft Corporation for 10 years and Arthur Andersen, LLP for 2 years.

 

Rich Berry: For over 16 years Rich has been delivering business value to companies of all sizes in the areas of finance, accounting and information systems.  He served as group manager of Microsoft’s financial reporting and infrastructure group for nine years, leading several global process improvement and financial system projects. Recently, Rich has been leading an operational improvement effort for small businesses in the fitness industry.

 

Dave Brocius: Dave has 24 years of experience in organization, management, and security skills. He recently was the Senior Advisor to the Commander of a military battalion. He was responsible for the security, health, and welfare of over 700 personnel and their families. He retired from the United States Army after 24 years of dedicated service in 2011.

Mary Broz:  Mary has 14 years of experience in corporate Treasury at Microsoft where she was a trusted advisor for global cash management solutions and demonstrated her talent as a strong business analyst with project management skills.  Her experience has been in the the design and implementation of process improvements for tools including AP In-House Cash Center and Treasury workstation implementations, Bank Account Administration Tool, and subsidiary cash flow forecasting.

RusAne Bombach: RusAne has 15 years of experience in finance and accounting related projects.  Her engagements have included interim controllerships, process development and implementation, complex accounting issue resolutions, accounting system implementations, client training and audit preparation.  She has served a wide range of industries including high-tech, manufacturing, higher-ed, insurance, and services. 

Kim Brinkley:  Kim has over 17 years of experience in the areas of internal/external reporting, financial analysis, auditing, budgeting and strategic planning.  During her tenure at Microsoft, she held senior level roles in the Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners Group, the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Group and the North American Subsidiary.  Prior to Microsoft, Kim held leadership roles at both Washington Mutual and Arthur Anderson.

Amy Bryant:  Amy has deep management reporting and consumer software financial analysis experience.  Prior to joining LMC, Amy was a Finance Manager within Microsoft's Server and Tools organization.

Ryan Compton:  Ryan has worked for 12 years in the High Tech industry and held marketing and sales positions focusing on a wide variety of channels.  

Dave Corbin:  David Corbin is a highly accomplished senior manager with over 20 years of experience building and leading successful teams to meet challenging strategic objectives.  Since 2008, he has worked on the Microsoft account as the leader of the Global Event Security Team.  Prior to his current career, David served in various leadership positions with the United States Army, retiring after 20 years of service.

 

Jon Dinsmore:  Jon served for 20 years with the U.S. Army, including 12 years with the 75th Ranger Regiment.  He has been a working as a Security Manager supporting Microsoft Global Security since 2007, where he has managed operations within the three Global Security Operations Centers (GSOC) and served as the Director of Security for Critical Infrastructure (Data Centers). He currently serves as the South and West (US) Regional Security Advisor where he has assists with security operations management, audits, risk assessments, emergency response, Retail security, project management, large-scale exercises, and Underwriters Laboratory (UL) certifications.

 

Dan Drew: Dan has over 16 years experience in helping organizations solve complex business problems.  While at Arthur Andersen he led the Pacific Northwest PeopleSoft Practice, and more recently led the Pacific Northwest office for Rapidigm and has held leadership roles in several other High Tech firms.

 

Trevor German: Trevor has over 14 years of progressive experience within the high technology industry.  He utilizes his project and program management experience, business and systems analysis, and overall information technology skills as a Project/Program Manager or Individual Contributor to successfully drive projects to profitable conclusion.

 

Caitlin Gillette: Is a consultant focusing on compliance efforts in large corporations.  She focuses on delivering critical projects for financial executives.

 

Erik Herford:  Erik has 15 years of experience in Security Operations. After serving 4 years in the US Marine Corps he went to work for Microsoft Global Security in 2000. For the past 11 years Erik has held a number of positions within Microsoft Global Security and is currently the NE/Canada Regional Security Advisor.

 

Michelle Ingalls:  Michelle Ingalls has over 10 years experience in financial analysis, product management and information systems reporting.  She most recently served as a director in Microsoft’s core finance group supporting both business and finance tools for financial and management reporting, licensing analysis and business decision making.  Prior to Microsoft, Michelle spent 5 years in the casino gaming industry doing data analysis, reporting and event planning. 

 

Mike Jennings:  Mike has 29 years experience in a security & law enforcement operations.  He recently was the Site Manager of armed security group responsible for the security by providing access control to a military facility with TW and Company.  He was the Civilian Provost Marshal (Police Chief) at an Army installation in Alaska.   He retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of dedicated service in 2003. 

 

Erik Lee: During Erik's 10 years of consulting experience, he has helped companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 clients resolve internal and external opportunities through strategic project, product, and process improvement management roles. Prior to joining LMC, Erik worked at Accenture, BearingPoint, and an environmental startup.

 

Michael Levin:  Michael is the former Deputy Director of National Cyber Security Division at the Department of Homeland Security. He brings extensive experience in the areas of security, disaster recovery and PCI compliance.  Michael retired after 22 years from the US Secret Service where he specialized in cyber security and computer forensics.  He leads our Washington DC area practice.

 

Christie Little:  Christie is a project manager in our security consulting practice and has previous experience in the banking and legal industries.

 

Linda Lorenz:  Linda has over 13 years of experience in the areas of financial analysis, strategic planning, capital markets,and internal controls.  Linda has worked extensively with deploying critical initiatives to field sales organizations that provide insight and drive value.  Prior to LMC, Linda held managemnt positions in several of Microsoft's finance organizations as well as at Washington Mutual. 

 

Deanna Lunsford: Deanna is Dynamic MBA finance professional with work experience in many industries: airline, technology, travel, automotive, services, manufacturing, and aerospace. Cross-functional leader building cooperation and productivity among diverse teams, developing complex models based on business needs, delivering on-time while exceeding project expectations.

 

Ned Menninger:  Ned has 16 years of experience in finance and accounting operations and was previously the CFO of Freei.com.

 

David Mincin:  David has 20 years of financial management experience applying organizational, analytical, customer service, communication, and project management skills.

 

Tom Murphy: Tom is a business advisor specializing in assisting companies design and implement new business processes. He is a former Vice President for Hitachi Consulting and Consulting Partner for Arthur Anderson Business Consulting. He has over 25 years experience in information technology delivery, supply chain and manufacturing operations, process re-engineering, ERP selection and implementation, and Activity Based Costing. His experience covers a wide variety of industries: High Tech, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Chemical Processing & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Healthcare, for example. Mr. Murphy specializes in motivating teams to improve processes by implementing appropriate technologies.

  

Julia Pena: Is an experienced consultant focusing on compliance efforts in corporate environments.  She brings a willingness and ability to deliver on critical projects for financial executives.

 

Amanda Pike: Amanda has experience in the security and compliance functions and works with clients delivering key technology and compliance related engagements.

 

Samantha Reinerston:  Samantha is a recent graduate of the University of Washington, with a Major in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business, and a Minor in Law, Society, and Justice. She has served clients in a variety of industries to improve operations, assist growth, increase revenue, and create value-adding solutions. She currently works at Microsoft Global Security as a Project Manager.

Dan Rullman:  Dan has over 10 years of experience in financial management, technology implementation and process management in the Engineering & Construction and Software & Services industries.  He has successfully integrated technology to improve clients’ business process performance and efficiency.  His approach of taking a holistic view and asking thought provoking questions help clients’ achieve the next level of operational excellence.  

James Stroud:  James is a highly certified professional with a combined total of 14 years experience in the IT and Security fields. His IT experience encompasses data center infrastructure layout, physical layer network implementation, MS/Linux system software implementation, configuration, management and maintenance, as well as hardware design, deployment and maintenance. His security experience included a wide variety of access control, video and intrusion systems  

 

Georgina Thomsen: Georgina has over 5 years experience in implementing software solutions for a number of industries including financial services, telecommunications and public sector, on several of these implementations Georgina fulfilled a lead role managing the budget, delivery schedule and up to 11 team members.  She has gained exposure to the whole Software Development Lifecycle and has demonstrated her ability to understand new technologies, industries and processes quickly.  Georgina has lead a number of process improvement initiatives including the introduction of structured time recording and project management reporting to the project executives.

 

Amy Vediz:  Amy has worked on financial and accounting related projects over the last 10 years.  Most recently she worked at Microsoft and Alaska Airlines in their Corporate Accounting departments.  She brings a deep understanding of financial and accounting related processes along with internal controls experience.

 

David Vey:  David is a seasoned professional with experience including: IT Enterprise Solutions, IT Hardware & Software Sales/Consulting expertise along with Microsoft Enterprise Solutions and licensing expertise.

 

Joe Wilson:  Joe has 15 years of experience implementing IT systems, leading process improvement initiatives, and improving operations for local and international clients.  Prior to LMC, Joe served clients through Accenture and Point B.  He has served a cross-section of clients in both the public and private space, including software, financial services, healthcare, and telecom.  He has a strong commitment for doing the right thing for the client, while maintaining a position of humility and never forgetting the value of others in making every effort successful.
