Brian McMullen: Brian has 20 years of experience improving operations, implementing, information systems and defining internal controls. He led the Deloitte & Touche's Pacific Northwest consulting practice for High Tech and manufacturing industries.  He has served clients in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors, including software, telecommunications, professional services, distribution, manufacturing and financial services and recently led a large Fortune 50 Software company's Sarbanes Oxley efforts.

 

Peter LaFleur: Peter has 18 years of experience providing consulting services to middle market and Fortune 500 companies.  In 2001, he founded the Consilium Group, a Seattle based strategy and performance improvement consulting firm which focuses primarily on healthcare and technology organization.   Prior to 2001, Peter spent 12 years with Deloitte & Touche were he led the Pacific Northwest management consulting practice for the services industries.

 

Dan Drew: Dan has over 16 years experience in helping organizations solve complex business problems.  While at Arthur Andersen he led the Pacific Northwest PeopleSoft Practice, and more recently led the Pacific Northwest office for Rapidigm and has held leadership roles in several other High Tech firms.

 

Garrett Baserman: Garrett is an experienced consultant with an outstanding track record of delivering business value to his clients. He has spent the past 16 years defining and delivering business technology initiatives that require cross-functional coordination throughout the entire systems development lifecycle.  Garrett has focused primarily on inter-enterprise business integration initiatives and has served in a lead or manager capacity on most of his projects.  He is an effective project leader with strong communication and team coordination skills.  Prior to LMC, Garret co-founded a software company to extend E-Business capability to small and mid-size trading partners, he was the Director of Project Development for a venture capital firm and was a Sr. Manager at KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint). 

 

Allen Eskelin: : Allen has 17 years of experience delivering technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in technology portfolio/program/project management and technology negotiations. Since 1991, Allen has managed business critical projects and negotiations for several Fortune 500 companies, including Starbucks, Microsoft, and Gateway. Allen is the author of Technology Acquisition (Addison-Wesley Professional, 2001).

 

Tom Murphy: Tom is a business advisor specializing in assisting companies design and implement new business processes. He is a former Vice President for Hitachi Consulting and Consulting Partner for Arthur Anderson Business Consulting. He has over 25 years experience in information technology delivery, supply chain and manufacturing operations, process re-engineering, ERP selection and implementation, and Activity Based Costing. His experience covers a wide variety of industries: High Tech, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Chemical Processing & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Healthcare, for example. Mr. Murphy specializes in motivating teams to improve processes by implementing appropriate technologies.

 

Rich Berry: For over 16 years Rich has been delivering business value to companies of all sizes in the areas of finance, accounting and information systems.  He served as group manager of Microsoft’s financial reporting and infrastructure group for nine years, leading several global process improvement and financial system projects. Recently, Rich has been leading an operational improvement effort for small businesses in the fitness industry.

 

Michelle Ingalls:  Michelle Ingalls has over 10 years experience in financial analysis, product management and information systems reporting.  She most recently served as a director in Microsoft’s core finance group supporting both business and finance tools for financial and management reporting, licensing analysis and business decision making.  Prior to Microsoft, Michelle spent 5 years in the casino gaming industry doing data analysis, reporting and event planning. 

 

Anjali Patel: Anjali has over nine years of consulting experience, primarily in the health care industry. Her focus has been in the areas of business process improvement and revenue cycle management.  Anjali has led project implementations at several large academic health centers including the University of Washington, the University of Pennsylvania, and Stanford University. She has several years of experience as a quality improvement team facilitator and educator. Anjali has a Master's Degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

 

Georgina Thomsen: Georgina has over 5 years experience in implementing software solutions for a number of industries including financial services, telecommunications and public sector, on several of these implementations Georgina fulfilled a lead role managing the budget, delivery schedule and up to 11 team members.  She has gained exposure to the whole Software Development Lifecycle and has demonstrated her ability to understand new technologies, industries and processes quickly.  Georgina has lead a number of process improvement initiatives including the introduction of structured time recording and project management reporting to the project executives.

 

Jennifer Anderson: : Jennifer Anderson has 16 years experience in accounting, finance, product, and project management in Microsoft Finance. Her specialty is reporting and finance tools solutions covering management and strategic reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and operations. Her approach to tool delivery and project management is practical and focused on business value and sustainability.

 

Stan Yao:  Stan has over 7 years of experience building financial models and developing business processes for financial reporting functions within a Fortune 200 company.  In addition to an engineering degree, Stan graduated top of his MBA class with a finance concentration. Most recently, Stan managed the budgeting process for a $250 million portfolio for a Fortune 200 company and lead the decommission planning for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) compliance.

 

Chris Bennett:  Chris has 12 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and project/systems management.  Chris has overseen various products and projects internal to corporate financial operations.  From financial reporting solutions to transaction systems interfacing with various ERP platforms, Chris has extensive experience in working with customers to define, interpret and deliver business and technical requirements.  Prior to consulting with LMC, Chris worked at Microsoft Corporation for 10 years and Arthur Andersen, LLP for 2 years.

 

Ramadan Chokr:  Ramadan has 16 years of experience in internal auditing and controls and compliance.  He worked for KPMG, E&Y, and Microsoft.   Ramadan holds a Bachelor’s degree in MIS and Accounting, and a MBA from Thunderbird.

 

Stan Kaplita: Stan has over 20 years of experience solving complex operational problems and was most recently a General  Manager at Microsoft.  His experience includes supply chain management, strategic partnerships, enterprise information systems, integrated process design, financial management and organizational development.   He has worked in both start-ups and multi-nationals in a variety of industries including consumer products manufacturing, software, healthcare consulting, medical devices, computer peripherals and gaming consoles.    Throughout his career he has held a variety of functional leadership roles including manufacturing engineering, operations management, IT management, and finance and has lead organizations with over 600 people and budgets of $450M.

 

Jessica Miner: Jessica has extensive experience supporting Sarbanes Oxley and other compliance activities for large corporations.

 

Julia Pena: Is a consultant focusing on compliance efforts in large corporations.  She brings a willingness and ability to deliver on critical projects for financial executives.

 

Leena Joshi: Specializes in delivering special projects within the physical security function of a major fortune  50 companies.

 

Amy Vediz:  Has worked on financial and accounting related projects over the last 10 years.  Most recently she worked at Microsoft and Alaska Airlines in their Corporate Accounting departments.  She brings a deep understanding of financial and accounting related processes along with internal controls experience.

 

Ned Menninger:  Ned has 16 years of experience in finance and accounting operations and was previously the CFO of Freei.com.

 

Antonios Henry:  Antonios has 4 years experience, in auditing, accounting and controls related engagements. Hi is skilled at communicating with clients to plan, execute, and complete projects and engagements, effectively, efficiently, His clients include Fortune 50 high tech companies, venture capitalist firms, life & property casualty & title insurance clients, real estate, and manufacturing clients. Previously, he worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Seattle for 4 years.

 

Lonny Rice:  Lonny has over twelve years of experience as a finance professional in the public and private sector.  He has worked for Deloitte & Touche, Nordstrom, Helly Hansen, and K2 Sports, serving as an accounting manager, credit manager, internal auditor and financial analyst.  During his career as a finance professional he has gained exposure to many industries and has successfully led many process improvement initiatives.

Amy Bryant:  Amy joins LMC with deep management reporting and consumer software financial analysis experience.

Rick Thompson:  Rick has over 20 years of experience in product management, marketing and sales within the software, medical device and biotech industries. For the past five years, Rick has been consulting at Microsoft leading cross-functional teams in driving various cross-group initiatives, managing marketing programs, and organizing launch readiness and Technical Adoption Programs (TAP). Rick’s strengths are his keen analytical decision making and problem solving skills, his strong organizational and leadership abilities, and his effective cross-group communication skills.

Ryan Compton:  Ryan has worked for 12 years in the High Tech industry and held marketing and sales positions focusing on a wide variety of channels.  

Mary Broz:  Mary has 14 years of experience in corporate Treasury at Microsoft where she was a trusted advisor for global cash management solutions and demonstrated her talent as a strong business analyst with project management skills.  Her experience has been in the the design and implementation of process improvements for tools including AP In-House Cash Center and Treasury workstation implementations, Bank Account Administration Tool, and subsidiary cash flow forecasting.

Andrew Hoang: For over eight years Andrew has been a model team leader guiding analysts, developers, architects, system administrators, and project managers in creating, running and tuning systems that enable organizations to manage key business data efficiently and effectively.  Andrew has extensive experience assisting Fortune 500 companies design, build, and improve business solutions leveraging SharePoint technologies.

Michael Levin:  Michael is the former Deputy Director of National Cyber Security Division at the Department of Homeland Security. He brings extensive experience in the areas of security, disaster recovery and PCI compliance.  Michael retired after 22 years from the US Secret Service where he specialized in cyber security and computer forensics.  He leads our Washington DC area practice.

 

James Stroud:  James is a highly certified professional with a combined total of 14 years experience in the IT and Security fields. His IT experience encompasses data center infrastructure layout, physical layer network implementation, MS/Linux system software implementation, configuration, management and maintenance, as well as hardware design, deployment and maintenance.
